Responsibilities

Lead and shape all aspects of our company and product design from conceptualization to implementation
Collaborate closely with our entire team, understanding emerging research capabilities, unsolved customer needs, and the pulse of contemporary design.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on design concepts to improve user experience, based on user feedback, data, and tech constraints
Advocate for design thinking across the organization, and ensure that the user's perspective is integral to our product development process

Qualifications

Significant experience in UX/UI design, ideally in tech startups or early-stage companies
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with video editing tools like Premier and RunwayML
Experience with designing systems for both web and mobile platforms
Ability to handle the entire design process, from problem discovery and user research to UI/interaction design and prototyping
Understanding of basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the capabilities of modern web and mobile technologies
Deep passion for user experience, and a track record of crafting products that users love
Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
Demonstrated passion for start-ups or early-stage companies
