Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy our core platform that powers Factory
Collaborate closely with our entire product team to develop new features around emerging research capabilities and unsolved customer needs
Iterate rapidly to improve user and developer experience with advancing scalability, performance, observability, and security

Qualifications

Have meaningful experience with building (and rebuilding) production systems to deliver new product capabilities and to handle increasing scale
Proficiency in JavaScript, React, NextJS, and other web technologies
Proficiency in some backend language (eg. Python)
Experience with relational databases like Postgres/MySQL
Interest in AI/ML
Care deeply about the end user experience and take pride in building products to solve customer needs
Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
Demonstrated passion for start-ups or early-stage companies
